Formula
The three totals are added, then divided:
each = (lodging + transport + activities) / people
Rounded to the nearest cent. The travel budget page builds a total from nightly and daily rates. This page starts from totals.
Assumptions
- Each amount is the group's total, not a per-person rate.
- Everyone pays an equal share.
- At least one amount is greater than zero.
Worked example
Lodging of $800, transport of $300, and activities of $200, split by 4 people, is $325.00 each.

Limitations
This is a trip sketch. Prices and rates are numbers you type. The currency control changes the symbol only and does not convert one currency into another.
