Formula
Weekly hours are the daily hours times the days. The period multiplies that week by the week count:
Hours = hours per day × days per week × weeks
This is a schedule, not the gap between two clock times. The time duration page answers a clock.
Assumptions
- Every counted day has the same hours.
- The weeks are the period you want to total.
Worked example
8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 46 weeks is 1,840 hours.
Input definitions
- Hours per day
- Scheduled hours on one workday, from 0 to 24.
- Weeks
- How many of those weeks to total, from 0 to 52.
Limitations
Holidays, overtime, and unpaid leave are included only if you leave them out of the days or weeks.

Only when you enter 8 hours and 5 days. The weekly row shows that product.
